RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Items purchased on RatansOnline.com come with a 14 Day Exchange Policy. If you have decided to change your mind on buying the product on or before delivery, and if the item's box or plastic wrapping has not been opened or and the product's packaging and product itself have not been damaged, you may exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value for a period of 14 Days. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Item will not be returned or exchanged if a person is unsatisfied with the product features after the box has been opened. We will only accept exchange or refund if the box is sealed pack.

Warranty Policy:

RatansOnline.com provides warranty on selected items only. These include mainly electronics or technical products. The details about warranty are given in the warranty section in the items description. The warranty period is usually 6 to 12 months. If you have complaints about the product and need warranty assistance, you can email at [email protected]

Please note: Some items come without warranty as they have been imported from other countries. So, in this case please check the warranty section in products description before claiming for warranty on the products.
The warranty is only covered on electroic equipment and is not covered on battery, earphones, cabels & spare parts. The warranty is void if the item is dropped or mishandeled and there has been external damage to the product. There is no warranty on broken screen, broken parts or water damage as this is external damage and out of warranty coverage.

Once, RatansOnline.com approves of the return, please take into consideration following points -

- For warranty returns, if possible, please place the item you are returning back into the original RatansOnline.com packing box that it arrived in. - Please include all necessary components that will enable us to verify the problem reported. If unsure send back everything.

- The item can be send to us by courier or can be dropped at our offcie. In some items we give the BRAND Warranty itself. In this case you can contact the service centre of the supplier directly. Please pack the item/s appropriately for transit - goods packaged without due care may be rejected or extra costs deducted for the damaged caused.

- RatansOnline.com would recommend to use the same courier service, through which you received your parcel to prevent loss in transit.

- RatansOnline.com recommends that before packaging item for return, digital photos to be taken, in order to protect the sender in case a returns parcel being sent to us is further damaged by the carrier during transit.

- RatansOnline.com is not liable for items you sent that are damaged or lost in transit, we are only in a position to assist in the customer's claim for compensation by reporting all the relevant information to the respective carriers.

- As soon as your return has been received, we will send you an automated ‘ITEM RECEIVED’ notice email. Generally repairs, replacement, refunds will be finalized within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of receipt.
